Challenge

    • Difficulty to track cold or unconverted leads.
    • Difficulty to track Team’s performance and tracking their daily tasks.
    • No visibility for top management on high budget opportunity deals.
    • Tracking of Expense for each employee was inconsistent with excel sheets.
    • No visibility on the count of case/tickets raised by the customer on the support email address.
    • Forecast for each sales user was being tracked on Emails.
    • Generating reports was a challenge as there was no standardized format.

Solution

    • Our implementation team architected a holistic digital transformation solution that allows the sales teams to maintain a healthy pipeline and continually move leads through to conversion.
    • With Salesforce activity implementation, all the activities related to a lead/opportunity is tracked and history is seen.
    • Sales teams now create quote on opportunity, as soon as the quote with high amounts has been created then an approval process is been send automatically to the reporting manager for approval.
    • Currently, for each expense is tracked with expense management and submitted to mangers and approved accordingly.
    • Enabled with email to case, so that a case would be created on any email submitted in the email address.
    • Each Sales team member has been set forecast set and tracking of this number is done by manager.
    • With Salesforce Reports and Dashboards each attribute is seen and notified accordingly.
